Private Consultations

I specialize in personal consultations with individuals regarding herbal health support and wellness issues. At GreenStar Herbs we know that each person is unique and we will never treat you like a copy of somebody else.

We will discuss your health and history. We explore nutrition and dietary sensitivities; lifestyle and environmental factors; and much more. We tackle in detail the issues - critical, recurrent, and/or chronic - which have brought you to GreenStar Herbs. This first consultation generally runs 1 ½ to 2 hours.

At the end of this meeting we will have a holistically designed plan of action with short- and longer-term goals in support of your well-being. I may provide information or make recommendations about herbs and dietary supplements, food considerations, environmental and lifestyle factors, and potentially beneficial complementary and alternative modalities.

Together we develop this plan based on your goals and preferences. I can also provide resources for further information and education.

At GreenStar Herbs, formulas are specially tailored just for you. GreenStar Herbs stocks a broad array of bulk herbs, liquid extracts, flower essences, and other products. From these we create one-of-a-kind formulas to address your primary concerns and to support your longer-term goals.

Your consultation fee includes a thirty-minute follow-up during which we re-examine your concerns, improvement, and progress toward your goals. We will review your initial plan and make any necessary changes.

Comprehensive Professional Herbalist Consultation
Visiting our gardens and sharing a cup of tea to discuss your health concerns is a unique offering with Trina Sims, owner of GreenStar Herbs. This approach is the best way to learn about your history and wellness concerns. We will discuss your health and history including nutrition, dietary sensitivities, lifestyle and environmental factors. At the end of your in-depth consultation, we will have a holistically designed plan of action with short and long-term goals to support your well-being.
Includes a Follow-up (by phone or in person) within 30 days (up to 30 mins)

90 minute full consultations including a 30 min follow-up $150.

Phone Consultations
Discussing your health concerns through a private phone consultation is a positive step towards your wellness. We will take into account your current concerns, as well as how you are addressing it. We may discuss specific history including nutrition, dietary sensitivities, lifestyle and environmental factors.
